Accounting Software will capture all
data from your KTS / EPABX and also from
buffer and download it in your PC. You
will get the display on screen of all
Incoming/ Outgoing (I&O) calls
displaying Line No., Extension No.,
Dialed Telephone Number, Date & Time,
and Duration of Call with specifications
of person who has dialed this number. A
feature for Hidden Calls, would not show
the calls or the extension that have
been marked as hidden

Outgoing and Incoming calls, Trunk line,
Analytical reports, reports on corporate
divisions, departments, extensions,
account code wise and many others.

location call billing feature is used to
connect the different locations branch
offices at one particular place.

supports multiple telephone carriers –
i.e. multiple lines from multiple
providers like one line from DOT and
another from Reliance or Hughes are
supported. Billing parameters of
different carriers can be setup – each
entirely different from the other. User
can define rates of the carrier provider
individually

define all the CO Lines and obtain Bill
for each CO Line

of user extensions in your organization
in each Division and Department. Account
code is unique feature, which enables
you to see user wise report if KTS
provides Account Code facility

11.0 has Long Distance Code (STD codes)
of the cities in UAE and International
Code (ISD codes) of the countries of
world

11.0 is flexible to work with all
KTS/EPABX. You just need to configure
this application with communication
parameters like, Baud rate, Stop bit and
other required parameters to capture
SMDR output from KTS/EPABX. If company
and model of KTS, which you are using,
is not available in the default list,
the same can be inserted very easily by
the user

schedule time to regenerate pulse rate
charges. Auto backup schedule is also
available if user wants to set auto-
backup time.
[11] You can
schedule reports such that they would be
generated and printed with auto printing
option
Outgoing:
In outgoing calls
reports you will get right from basic to
advance reports and each report has the
option to select either local / Long
Distance (STD) / International (ISD) and
Group Calls (e.g. 95 prefixed calls) or
hidden calls and also the time duration
for the report. In addition, each report
can either be in text i.e. data format
or graphical format. Also, each report
can either be detailed or summarized.
In Basic report
you will get report by extension number,
main line, department, division etc.
within the given Date and Time range.
The advance
option enables you to check maximum
amount for each call or call of maximum
duration. Account Code wise report is
also available.
Incoming:
Incoming report
is also available with long duration
call facility by which you can get which
incoming call takes too much of your
office. You can get Phone number of
caller if Caller ID is available from
your KTS/EPABX.
